Velcro straps allow you to position the flower as you wish on the collar. Take it off and add it back for an easy day/night, formal/play transition. Available in multiple sizes. Standard measures approximately 4 inches x 4 inches, Small is 2.75 x 2.75 - but can easily be made to accommodate different sizes.
